Ukrainian special forces 'attack Russian warship in sabotage raid' on NATO's doorstep

Ukraine’s intelligence service said Kyiv’s forces had carried out a sabotage raid on a Russian warship “severely damaging” the vessel in Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea.
